Aromatherapy Spray Recipe (Savasana)

Lemongrass is suppose to be good to use during labor and lavendar is very relaxing and healing in general. The one I use is a spray but you can always make a massage oil instead, if you plan to be massaged during labor..:-)! You can buy everything at Henry's or Jimbos.

- 1 (2oz) dark glass spray bottle
- Distilled water for spray OR Sweet almond oil for massage
- About 10 drops lemongrass essence
- About 5-6 drops lavendar essence
