- Mommy and Me Yoga with Tari: 11:30 - 12:30 pm
- Sat. Guest Speakers: Class will be from 9:30 - 10:45
Presentation and Q&A time will follow immediately from 10:45 - 11:10
- Couples Prenatal Yoga: 10:30 - 12:30 pm
- $30 per couple or 4 class pass for $110
- Pre-registration is necessary. Pre-register now!
- Prenatal Yoga with Tari: 5:30 - 6:45 pm
- $13 per class or 10 class pass for $110
- Classes are ongoing and NO PRE-REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY

Directions to Yoga Studio:
The Body Spa and Yoga Studio are in separate buildings, so you'll be looking for a sign that just says "Yoga" above the studio space. From the
I-15, take the Poway Road exit and head East. Go a couple miles until you get to the light at Oak Knoll Road, turn left at the light. You'll see a New
York Bagel Shop on your right. Take the immediate right into the shopping center. Go straight, you'll eventually see a two story building on your
right hand side. The yoga studio is on the second floor above Jenny Craig. It's directly across the parking lot from Ozzie's Music.
