The Body Spa and Yoga Studio are in separate buildings, so you'll be looking for a sign that just says "Yoga" above the studio space. From the I-15, take the Poway Road exit and head East. Go a couple miles until you get to the light at Oak Knoll Road, turn left at the light. You'll see a New York Bagel Shop on your right. Take the immediate right into the shopping center. Go straight, you'll eventually see a two story building on your right hand side. The yoga studio is on the second floor above Jenny Craig. It's directly across the parking lot from Ozzie's Music.
