- $90 for an 8 class session
- Bring a yoga mat, two bed pillows, water bottle, and wear comfortable exercise clothes.
- Prenatal Yoga: 9:00 - 10:15 am

- Couples Prenatal Yoga: 12:00 - 2:00 pm
- $30 per couple or 4 class pass for $110
- Pre-registration is necessary. Pre-register now!
- $15 per class or 10 class pass for $120
- Classes are ongoing and NO PRE-REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY

Directions to Yoga Studio:
The Body Spa and Yoga Studio are in separate buildings, so you'll be looking for a sign that just says "Yoga" above the studio space. From the
I-15, take the Poway Road exit and head East. Go a couple miles until you get to the light at Oak Knoll Road, turn left at the light. You'll see a New
York Bagel Shop on your right. Take the immediate right into the shopping center. Go straight, you'll eventually see a two story building on your
right hand side. The yoga studio is on the second floor above Jenny Craig. It's directly across the parking lot from Ozzie's Music.
